You may have noticed that this Kanban contains items for the incubating team and for other groups such as the Accelerator program and operations teams. In some stages, such as entry, the Accelerator Team does a lot of work “behind the scenes” so the incubating team can focus on bringing their idea to life. Clicking on any of these items will provide additional detail and resources. You may have also noticed that some items, such as number 16, have a small triangle next to their Rank number. Clicking on those triangles will expand the line item so additional detailed tasks are displayed. Figure 4-5 provides an example of an expanded list and will give you some insight into some of the work the Accelerator Team does on behalf of the incubating teams. (The Rank has no meaning. We only use this number to sort the items.)
